Stampede into the meadow
Of flowers big and soft
And charge into the grassy plain
To watch the birds aloft

Watch them rush across the river
Or dart into the green
Perhaps they'll stop to look at you
Before they realize they've been seen

Look, the colts are playing in the mead
The mares keeping close their watch
For predators and animals
That to their fear may stalk

Now wait, one's lifting up his head
Majestic and with grace
He smells the air and then runs off
The others keeping pace

They find another grassy spot
One better than before
These equine keep on running
Forever and evermore

This gives a sense of freedom and one can almost see the wild mustangs running on the open range.
Nice job, very smooth, nice flow.
