Change Your World?
by David Pekrul
copyright 07-28-2006

Age Rating: 10 to 127

If you could really change your world,
With one thing you could do,
If only one thing you could change,
Before your life was through,
I wonder what that thing would be,
And how it would turn out,
If you could give it all you had,
What would it be about?

Now, would it make a better life?,
Or would it weigh you down,
And as you try to live it out,
Would you, in fact, just drown?,
And would it make you hesitate,
To criticize and judge?,
Or would you stay the way you are,
And never even budge.

Now, what’s the thing that you would do?,
The thing to give you hope,
To help in times of great distress,
The thing to help you cope,
The thing to help in times of pain,
When everything is wrong,
When all your smiles are upside down,
And you have lost your song.

You have the means inside of you,
(It isn’t all that strange),
To change your corner of the world,
And simply rearrange,
The things that happen, good or bad,
The bad, to make them good,
To make your world a better place,
To be the way it should.

Hehe actually, I liked it so much I would give you at ten if the scale went up that high, which it doesn't so here's five more.

This was really really really good! If I had that chance, I'm not exactly sure what I would do, because I would make world peace, but the Lord said that war and all the stuff we're starting to go through now has to pass in order for Jesus to come again. I'm not sure if I would change the world, because believe it or not, it's about as perfect as it's ever going to get, and even if a person did wish for world peace or something like that, how long is it going to last? Sooner or later there would be war and everything we're going through again anyway, because it's in a humans nature not to be perfect, and to have emotions like hatred, lust, envy and everything like that, no matter how good a person they are.

Anyway, sorry I'm rambling again but yeah this was really really really good I really enjoyed it.
