I REALLY REALLY REALLY like this poem! I don't think I've ever read an experimental poem before and I think that to write something like this is extremely cool! I think that while I sit here at my desk at work bored off of my mind, I might just "Experiment" with a piece and enter it into Samantha's Experimental poem contest :D

Thanks for the great read!

"They call me mellow yellooooow..." I miss that commercial :) ANYWAY, I LOVE THE FORM. I love reading experimental pieces, be in in content or in format. I liked how each 'stanza' could stand alone, but linked easily with the preceding/following stanzas. Full of great imagery. Please write more like this! Fantastic :)

Just what I needed tonight... a smile! ;)
I have to say... I had to read it a couple of times, because the structure seems to lead one to see brief images throughout, not the entire piece at first. Images springing to mind at each 'glimpse' of description; popping into scenes from childhood thoughts and observances. Something to ponder... I'll add this one to my list of things that make me go 'hmmmmm?' lol.
But in the end, simple, but not!

The title is so cute but the poem is just adorable! I can only say this, "Bravo!"
~Very unique writing structure~

I know I've said it before, but I think this style you use is cool! I've tried this, but to no avail.

I love the imagery...the cosmic mice nibbling! I remember being able to see that man's face when I was a kid...ah, the memories! *smile*
