Slow Cooker

Age Rating: 10 to 127

 
Italian Chicken

2 lg whole boneless,
skinless chicken breasts,
each cut into 3 pieces.

3/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 bay leaves

1 jar (26oz) low-sodium meatless spagehtti sauce


*Place chicken in slow cooker.
* Sprinkle seasonings over chicken.
* Pour sauce over seasoned meat, stirring to be sure chicken is completely covered.
*Cover. Cook on low 6 hours.
*Discard bay leaves.
*Serve over pasta.

((Makes 6 servings.))
