Ingredients:
4 oz. Louis Kemp Crab Delights
1/2 medium onion
1/2 cup Italian dressing
5 black olives, sliced
5 green olives, sliced
1 lemon, quartered (optional)

Instructions:
Pull Louis Kemp Crab Delights apart so pieces are 1/4 inch wide.
Put cut onions in strainer and run cold water over for 2-3 minutes to remove bite
Add dressing and olives.
Optional: Quarter lemon, squeeze one- quarter over salad and stir in remaining quarters, remove before serving.

For best results, refrigerate overnight.

That sounds rather different and yummy. Louis Kemp Crab Delights? Fake crab, right? Is one kind better than others? I'll bet this would really be good with real sauteed crab meat. Never thought to put lemons in a seafood salad to let them get the flavor all over everything, then take the lemons out. Nice piece of advice. Thanks for sharing.
