Why Believe In Karma?

Why Believe In Karma?

Karma is a Sanskrit word of ancient origin
meaning "to do". It refers to one's worldly deeds and
their subsequent results on the people and the world
around them.

There's nothing supernatural here, It's merely the
fruits of one's actions. In the Hindu and Buddhist
philosophies it is described as a cycle of cause and
effect. It is a natural relationship of all things to
all other things.

Karma is a sum of all that an individual has done, is
currently doing and will do. Retribution, vengeance,
punishment or reward have nothing to do with it.
Karma simply deals with what is.

Our largest obstacle to understanding or even
believing in karma may be time. The 're-actions' or
results of our actions show up with a time delay, and
it becomes extremely hard to tell which action caused
which result. The mechanisms of karma can be
intellectually understood to some extent, but never
completely "seen". The Bible contains the essence of
Karma in the statement "Ye shall reap what ye sow".

All religions teach us of the consequences of our
actions, but does it really matter whether it is the
law of Karma that becomes the source of our troubles
or God himself? Thoughts become words. Words become
actions. Actions become habits. Habits become
character. And last, but not least character becomes
destiny.

Why believe in Karma? Simply stated, if we choose to
ignore the workings of Karma, we will create many
problems for ourselves. If we fall into the habit of
desiring expensive things and we have not acquired
the habit of working hard and we become poor, we will
most likely turn to stealing, and find ourselves in
heaps of karmic misfortunes.

On the other side of the coin, I believe that Karma
represents the ultimate justice as everyone will
receive the just punishments and rewards of their own
actions. If I make every effort to avoid situations
that would bring me negative Karma, the world will
become a better place to live.

In closing, I would say, why believe in Karma?
Because physics has shown me a direct causal
relationship between action and reaction and-

Why do I believe in Karma?
Because Karma is good for two things.
Karma has the simple minds for a minds or a word Sanskrit of ancient origin.
Meaning "to do." Or world deeds that means your doing good deeds for world around you.
I think that Karma also has a natural realtionship with the Hinduism and Budduism as well which I think that this story is a great story. And a great title for why believing in Karma. There's a cycle in everyone's life and we all must follow it.

If you do good things you will feel better which is a good thing to you, so the science of the brain. Karma is great it gets people to do good things.

This is totally true! I enjoy the concept of Karma a great deal and try to be mindful of it myself. If everyone believed in Karma and kept themselves on a good kind of cycle, the world would definitely be different.
