I thought you were real,
my heart you did steal,
till the truth I saw,
And my feelings left raw.
I should have just known,
that your heart was pure stone,
when I confided in you,
that this you would do.
I opened myself up,
gave you my heart in a cup,
then you took faults and all,
and told everyone you could call.
The situation made worse,
as my soul you did curse,
and continued to put me down,
till my crys you did drown.
Your support I so needed,
but my faults you just greeted,
and left me feeling low,
believing I'd die slow.
My trust for you is gone,
I don't care where it went wrong,
to myself I will be true,
I'll just do it without you.
