Well, coming on my 1st year of marriage has had its ups and downs. I must say though, that if you have the right partner, it will all work out in the end.

My husband and I got married May 13. It was raining that day and everyone said 'its perfect to start another life.' This, I must say, is pretty much the truth.

All my problems I had in the past with guys was being washed away by the rain as I would never have to look for another again. I didn't have to worry about if I would never get married, or if I would be abused in a relationship again.

Now that we have been living in our own place since just after Christmas, we can see things that weren't there before. Yes we have our little fights, but that can be because we only dated for a couple weeks before we got engaged. We have worked out those problems, and we are still working out some new ones, but the love has never left our hearts.

For anyone that is hesitant to get married, you really need to look into your heart. I was lucky to find someone really quickly and KNOW they were the one. It might take you a little longer, but never give up the hope that they are out there waiting to find you.
