The third stanza (for me) reads easy enough.

It looks like you were making a statement by (wondering...is this in fact real?) as it feels too good to be true! Summer has that effect on the majority of us...if only, it would never end.

Summer, here it comes again! Hope you have a long, safe, wonderful summer.

As for the picture. Great color!
