No where to run,
No where to hide.
So much pain,
So much dread.

Alone I am,
Alone I’ll be.
Feeling scared,
Feeling shame.

Anxiety,
Fear,
Misfortune.

My own enemy,
My own worst nightmare.
Need to wake up,
Need to befriend.

Hurt loved ones,
Hurt their souls.
Treat them like dirt,
Treat them with no respect.

Depressed,
Disgust,
Hatred,
Hurt.

Try to change,
Try to be different.
Want to change,
Want to be different.

Hurt is all that is felt,
Hurt is all that is done.
Regret is life,
Regret has no end.

hmmm i really liked your poem... it was less that made it excellent.. i love how it went from scared, to hatred, and then there was an epiphany implied, and then resolution... i dislike how the resolution was pessimistic but i enjoyed reading it.. your writing is sinfully beautiful.. ^-^

there where so many words in here, and they described so much
it was like each word held a bit of your pain and sadness, and when i read it it was like reading someones expression, or like reaching into myself and relating to the emotions that seem to be the same as yours
