It feels like so much pain.
I can't find a way out.
All I can do...
It feels like the only way to relieve my pain
Is through seeing my own blood on my own scarred wrists.
The relief doesn't last long,
And sometimes...
Death feels like the only way out.
The never ending pain.
The endless flow of blood.
The endless cries of hate.
Should I take my own life?
Or should I leave it for the ones I care about?
**I wrote this when I was bored during Research class. I have a mild case of writers block, so it kind of sucks, I know.**

Wow, I don't think you had writer's block! This was exactly what I went through and it really sums it up. Great job. And if you're going through this, keep your chin up and I really hope you feel better!
Hmm, it just happens that Pain is the title of my second favorite song. It's by Joanne Hogg of Iona. It was also in a video game, Xenosaga Episode I: Der Wille Zur Macht. Do I have the spelling memorized? Eh heh heh...
It does have a very beautiful chorus though:
Kindness is something I don't want or need,
The sunshine will just dissolve me into light,
Give me a pain as pleasing as your sigh,
So I can feel you all the day and night
And keep me from fading away.
Okay, time to focus! When I saw the picture when the page loaded I was a tad surprised, but it made sense after I realized the poem centered around internal pain leading to physical pain. I have a lot tolerance to physical pain...well, cat scratches don't bother me but if I stub something or get a cramp I'm swearing like a sailor.
This poem does have a tad of the writer's block feel about it, but it still is good as far as short poems go. I usually write my poetry in math class. ^-^
Your image fit your poem, no matter how gruesome it is, but I think that this is okay. You shouldn't give in to the temptation of the blade, no matter how hard it seems.
Its rather short, so maybe you could work more on it
Great write.
