Tribute to William Wordsworth

Ugly father said

No man will have thee

Too weak to heft

Not a thing worthy of life

Lovers come to places be

In the arms of time

All is free

There there in the dark a light a light

Flame travels near

Open wounds of fear

Capture not what seems

Dreams pretty dreams

Fall obscene

Red as love upon a lantern burns

Seek and you shell get

Only what she returns

Man of wind covered by rain

She just getting by avoids most pain

Cave in heart of days long and hard

Run the gamut of growing both the poet and the bard

Never a drop of truth to bend

Just a come here kid this try this again

Body soft against an aging skin

Rough as she velvet soft

Try at love again

Sweet as street

Better than wine

Love comes in spring

Snow is gone town is home

Rural life begins

Small and petite

Strong as life

Want is met

Pretty young wife

Edge of green grass grows

Cabin out in the woods

So love grows

Every flower comes to bloom

In heart of angels sings

Only two rooms

It was once upon a stream

Love was born without a wedding ring

Angel stopped to call

On age in bloom

At this inn

There was room

There there in the dark a light a light

Flame travels near

Open wounds of fear

Capture not what seems

Dreams pretty dreams

Fall obscene

Society of man makes the way

Determines right or wrong

So begins the play

She was lost in a time

When all was wrong

Did not believe

Just did not belong

He was blind as night

Could not with out help

Survive

In a cabin

Between four

Walls they would

Live and die

Some say time is but

Others just cry it is not right

When the wind is lonely

It captures the night

How do you measure love

Who makes it go

When do you believe

Where does the flower grow

Lovers come to places be

In the arms of time

All is free

Still the attitude of man

Just cannot see

Ugly father said

No man will have thee

Too weak to heft

Not a thing worthy of life

In the darkness of the night

Found a light

A free spirit seen

She and he

dream
