Haiku... an esoteric form of poetry to me. I have never understood how the form goes, but my lack of technical knowledge does not stop me from appreciating good poetry when I see it. I know that haiku often focus on nature, and this one appears to have an overall theme on the approach of winter. Everything seems to tie into the coming of winter.
Winter is often associated with a sort of "dying down" in the natural world. This seems to be the case here, which you express within the limits of the poems. A cold winter mountain and silent tigers hunting are good, strong images of silence, as is a "wintry ghost calling." Such reinforce the theme of winter-enforced "dying down" in nature and give a mental image of the activities in question. Good work, and keep it up.
