My love
Away from me.

Where has it flown
My heart
To someone else.

Why did it leave
My soul
Devil called it.

Where has it gone
My dance
Away from her.

Why must it be
This way
Sins are repaid.

Have I then lost
My tears
My heart does hurt.

Not forever

Brass ring hides in the mind, gold fades faster than the words we write, special images play hard, some say it is better never to touch your dreams, nightmares dance long after the wonder found, yet some have no other choice.. great write.. Walt
