What If You Meant Love?
by Jade L.
copyright 06-15-2008

Age Rating: 7 to 127

What if every time you said,
“I love you”
You meant “I would die for you.
I would give away all I own to keep you from harm”

What if every time you said,
“I love you”
You meant “I will never let you be sad.
I would sacrifice my dreams to see your beautiful smile”

What if every time you said,
“I love you”
You meant “Never let go of my hand.
I will cling to your earthly figure until the very end”

What if every time you said,
“I love you.”
You meant “My heart is yours to hold.
You may mold it and wring it as you please,
Just don’t ever leave me”

What if every time you said
“I love you.”
You meant it

True love is just like this, but most don't wait to find true love as they fall for something closer to lust. True love is work...and not. You must want it to get it right, but there are so many out there that don't show the real them until after the I do's. It becomes a hit and miss adventure at times. The right one is out there and I hope you find them! Very nice write, Anthony
