What you will need:
Any kind of wrap (wheat, white, ECT.)
Cut fully cooked chicken breast
Dressing
Chives
Cheeses (extra thinly sliced)
Salt
Cut green peppers (optional)
Lettuce
Lay the wrap flat on a large plate. Smear a dressing of your choice over the tortilla. Sprinkle chives and a dab of salt all over the dressing. Then, put your lettuce and cheeses on. Mix the cut chicken into the mixture and add peppers. Fold and wrap.
This makes a quick and easy meal, on the go or for a quickie lunch!

Oh thank goodness! Finally..a solution to packing lunch in such less time! My mom's been obssessed with wraps for the past week so I'm completely in favour of them - quick and delicious!
I have to agree with Leigh; wraps are getting very popular these days! Nice recipe! I'm going to try it out today!
*chuckles* Wraps are getting really common nowadays! My one grandmother has been crazy about them for years now but I simply haven't tried them. Partly because I was never very sold on them because I wasn't entire clear on keeping them healthy enough during preparation. I shall be sure to try this. ^-^
Recently, I've been having salads or pastas for lunch. I try to abstain from meats in my lunches unless it's chicken or fish. I especially like the suggestion of smearing the dressing on the inside of the tortilla --- I had someone make something similar for lunch at a book club and it was a slopping mess...not ideal things for a book club...
Not bad... not bad at all. Maybe it will suit me better than sandwiches all the time. I have simple tastes, and this recipe seems to fit the bill nicely. Something quick and easy to prepare instead of having to constantly eat out or rely on some other food service... this should help save money on eating out. Thanks for the tip.
