Who made the law called Grammar correct?
by Pam Potter

Age Rating: 18 to 127

What is grammar correct I ask?
Why is the people who can't reach it, are told your saying this wrong? Wrong in whose eyes, I ask?

First of all, a person made up grammar correct and expect the whole English speaking world to lived up to it.

Here's a few who made it their grammar style.

Will Rogers, Hank Williams, Woody Guthrie.

Are you going to red pencil them and say they don't belong in the ranks of a good writers because they fail the test of good grammar?

I think not. So the next time you read a person writings that falls short of what one person idea of grammar should be and the golden rule that we must live by.

Remember this was just a opinion of a person the way grammar should be not the law of the land.

Listen to a Hank Williams song, A Picture From Life's Other Side.

And say this song doesn't live up to the merrit of a good song becauses it's written the way people really talk and think?
