HI five, Susan!
You did a tremendous job. Loved all three.
I like the "Slinking elves with cobblers drams and Stalks potato strings" That cracked me up.
Good picture to go with also. Happy St. Paddy's day..................Mae

'Leprechaun' I really don't know the finer details about the character or image; except that the poem picture and character were portrayed with fine results.
Direct from gold you go on to describe the green character relating it to beans, dreams to pumpkins and orange to gleams.
Lol
I wonder if you had to relate a person to mosquito how you would attempt it.

Dear Susan,
I sit here thinking of the little people as well as the banshees (and other fearful things.) due to your clear and precise writing. The imagery was great. I am deeply impressed with your work and what a poem for St. Paddy's Day. Everything from the artwork to the final stanza, I was thinking of Dear old Erin (Ireland) and the beauty of the countryside. Thanky you for stimulating me on several things. The first time I became intoxicated was at the St. Paddt' Day parade, loord how the gree beer flowed. I was barely 21, a sailor from Alabama. Thanks for the interesting read!
