After reading several getting to know you articles, I thought I might do one myself. I think that it is a good idea to let our friends here at MLM know the truth behind the words. (Well most of it, LOL)
Living Arrangements? I live with my wife and our two kids. My house is a terraced house and I am in the process of renovating the bathroom.
What book are you reading now? I have just finished reading Stephen King's book called On Writing, he is my favorite author and I guess that I have read nearly all of his books.
What is on your mousepad? My mousepad looks like the top of a budweiser bottle, shows I drink a lot. Don't all writers?
Favorite boardgame? Chess, I love the thought involved in a good game of chess. I have always been a thinker and think that chess is the ultimate thinking game.
Favorite magazine? I do not really read magazines but I do like reading the one that comes with our Sunday paper.
Favorite smell? Marzipan, I just love the smell and taste of marzipan.
Least favorite smell? S&^T, I have to clean up after my dog and it is a real turn off.
Favorite sound? Guitar music, I love clasical guitar music. I used to play in a band and loved to add classical bits to our songs.
What is the first thing that you think of when you get up in the morning?
Sex, every morning that is the first thing I think of. Hey! I am a man!
Favorite colour? Green, I love the shade of dark green. I think I like this colour as it is very pleasing to the eye.
Favorite fruit? I am not a big fruit eater but if I had to name one it would be apples.
How many rings to answer the telephone? A good few, sometimes I cannot be bothered by someone calling for a chat.
Future child's name? Miracle, my wife has been sterilized so if we had one it would be a miracle.
What is most important in life? Family and friends, without them there would be no point to life.
Favorite food? Indian take-away, I love the different tastes that indian food has.
Chocolate or vanilla? Chocolate every time, I have a sweet tooth the size of Sugar Loaf Mountain.
Do you drive fast? Not in my car, well not much; on my motorbike though that is a different story. I love the feel of letting go and flying down the road. Some people think I am crazy doing this because I have a false leg, I think why shouldn't I?
Do you sleep with a stuffed animal? She would kil me if I said yes to this so no.
Storms: cool or scary? I love them, the bigger and badder the better.
What type was your first car? My first car was a Hillman Imp, it was a small thing that had a good take off if needed.
If you could meet one person, dead or alive, who would it be? My Granddad, I have heard so much about him but never had the chance to meet him, I think that he would have some good tales to tell.
What is your favorite alcoholic drink? I am drinking it right now, carling black label lager.
What is your zodiac sign? Aries, I guess I am a bit of a ram, well the wife thinks so.
Do you eat the stems of broccoli? Yeugh! I hate the stuff.
What would be your favorite job in the world? An astronaught, I would love to see what is beyond our solar system.
What is your favorite hair colour? Black, I love long black curly hair.
Have you ever been in love? Many times, as an arian I fall in love easily. During my life I have been in love with many, luckily I married the one who loved me just as much as I loved her.
Is your glass half full or empty? I have just had a feel of it and I think it is more half full.........Hang on a bit.........................Nearly empty. *Burp* Oh, excuse me!
What are your favorite movies? Horror movies are always the best, I love to watch any horror movie. I have watched the alien ones trillions of times.
Do you use the right keys when working on a keyboard? Always, it is so much easier.
What is under your bed? Nothing, my wife is a cleanoholic, she cleans at every opportunity.
What is your favorite number? Ermmmmmm, none I guess.
What is your favorite sport to watch? Football, I am not one of the people who go to every game or anything like that but I do like to watch a good game.
Who is you favorite band or recording artist? Dire straits, I love them. I try to emulate them when I play my guitar, not very well though lol.
Are you religious? After dealing with death on a few occasions I would be a fool not to be. I met my guardian angel once and I know that one day I will meet him again. You too will meet yours one day.
