I found myself snapping my fingers at your "skip a rope" rhyme line. I'm with them below- you rule the staging page. Yep, the music lives. A packed house applauds your effort.

As you have said, Walter, "write to the page and be true to it". You are so unique and wonderful to read. How many metaphors can be packed into one piece that - for me - needed to be read various times. I am intrigued by the "aces of mate and asses of age". It is true love - that ball game is behind us. Wishing for death and not considering it an option --- so Christian in thought as all we are here for is to ready ourselves for death. I hope I got part of it. Not only are you unique in your writes but in your commentary. You are one special poet and sage. -Alan:-0)

Excellent!!! The web of thoughts makes one go beyond the known vistas of knowledge. It definitely takes a lot of thought and time to see through the images but when the nectar begins to ooze out it satisfies the mind and soul. Such is the story of life said in different ways by writers and poets but the way you say the things makes them unique because there is not even a slight reflection of any other known poet or writer.
Very unique.
God bless you
