I long to warp inside your soul
explore you
and be the worship starship
penetrating wormholes
betwixt the light year folds
of your cosmos.
I’d find you languishing
midst white dwarves, red giants
and supernovas,
matter and antimatter merging,
black holes collapsing around you;
laughing raucously
in cryogenic, interstellar winds,
omniscient -
with the answers for quarks
color, charm, parity and spin
-the discrete nature of matter
solved.
No doubt,
there you’d be,
tossing that infinite mane,
filly of the universe,
whinnying your mating call
across the inky parsecs
naked, heavenly flanks quivering -
seducing planets
in all the galaxies,
and I’d be in lust,
overwhelmed with awe,
inordinately
alone,
and in love,
then,
forever -
always.
