My New Bike

  My New Bike

I bought a new bike it's the type I like
perfect for summer cruising
it goes real good just like it should
makes you feel like you're really moving,

It has got a low seat that's kind on the feet
when you're standing still
open her up, the needle goes right up the clock
the speed always gives me a thrill,

Slam her in gear and the noise that you hear
ia a perfect low growling
open wide the throttle if you have got the bottle
there is no time for any fear,

She did not cost much which was a bit of luck
because money is something I don't have
she may be cheap but she looks pretty neat
much better than walking by far.

Enjoyed the poem, had a feel for the wind in my hair as I read it! Congrats on the new bike! Is that it in the photo? Looks real cool!!

Ah, Yes, I was thrilled to turn the throttle, vrrrrmm, vrrrmmm, the vibration had an excitement of its own, and the promise of freedom as you set out, not to mention the smell of a leather jacket, does the heart good. Glad you got a good buy!!!
