Here Today.

You’re here today your gone tomorrow

Life is just like something you borrow

It’s something you don’t get to keep

Some days your happy others you weep.

One thing that you will most certainly learn

Is whatever you borrow you must return

So take the LIFE you have been lent

And take advantage of every moment spent.

You only borrow what others will share with you

Love and happiness just to name you one or two

These are all lent at no cost to you at all

No compensation was mentioned if you recall.

Return what you’ve borrowed starting today

By helping others along the way

You to must a LENDER to others be

By lending of yourself without a fee.

Remember these words I give you and try

To do things that you will remembered by

Give back to others what you borrow today

Because soon tomorrow will no longer BE TODAY.

Very meaningful poem! It's so very true that life is just a gift that we borrow. We don't own it. We are just here for a while, so it is extremely important to make the most of it. Help others as we have been helped. This is a good philosophy to live by. Good poem. Very enjoyable and meaningful!

The message here is great, but I feel like you get a little wordy at times. The flow is interrupted with some longer lines. This could be really nice with a little rewording! I did enjoy the meaning and the read. Thanks, Anthony
