Simon the Mouse

He struggled to get out, but when he got free

The owner screamed at him and he had to flee

He ran to an outhouse, but when he got there

A big cat attacked him and gave him a scare

And there found a cellar that was fit for a mouse

No one had been in this cellar for years

They live there contented, The lady and he

Hi Simon,
I enjoyed the image of the lady of the house entertaining the mouse. Another snug and safe relationship... arrives. Hats off, friendship forms. My grandson will like this.
