DREAMS REALITY

DREAM’S REALITY

My life has been but a dream

Though reality it would seem

You are right, those who deem

Reality is but a dream in a dream.

Yet has reality flown away,

In the hope for a new day?

Is it a vision once here

Or reality that will appear?

As we stand upon the oceans’ shore

We listen to breaking waves roar

As I reach to hold the beach’s sand

Am I really holding it in my hand?

As it seeps through fingers not to keep

From my vision what’s mine to reap?

Perhaps it’s true that reality is a dream

A dream within a dream it can seem.
