There are times in my life when I feel that I'd like a beer.
It's not that I need it to stay alive,
for surely without it I can survive...
but sometimes, I'd sure like a beer.

Often when we're finish choreses,
once we've brought in all the horses,
(there are now 35 in the barn),
a cool beer puts us on the right courses.

I realize this little ditty,
isn't really very pretty,
(and the rhythm stinks).
So, I'm not a writer or a poet
(don't think I don't know it!!!)
But everybody needs something to believe in...and..
I believe I'll have another beer!

I really liked it. I like when you put "(and the rhyme stinks)" because I get that way when I've had beer after beer. I try to say something one way and it comes out not making sense and I'm the firt one to admit it.
