My New Years Eve

My new years consisted of sitting behind the computer.
Some part of the night I gave a body massage to an aching friend.
Was hoping the person would like it.
They were in pain so it was not comfortable.
Now I sit typing,listening to John Lennon.

I am wondering what will happen next.
Wondering what the future holds.
The year 2000 changed my life....
Something tells me this will be a good year.
Yet for the moment I just dont know.

What do you do when it's over?
And you love more than a friend?
We'd had some times I must admit.
Wish that you were still in love with me but you are not able.
Give peace a chance is playing by John Lennon.

Wishing life were not so complex.
Guess we shall see what the future holds.
I'll be remembering you for the rest of my life.
I shall be optimistic for the up coming year.
And to love family and friends...let it forever show.
