Babysitters Wonder

A babysitter always wonders...
When the parents will be getting home again.
What time do you put the children bed.
What happens if you run out of diapers.
What to do when they start fighting.

Some kids are wild and some laid back.
Some are mouthy, some are not.
Some refuse to go to bed....
You know the kind...the ones who stand there and cry.
Then there is the kid who kicks you and runs.

There are also the kids who are almost perfect and I wonder...
How is it that they turn to little devils when their parents are home again?
They shoved the unpicked toys under the bed.
The mother always says oooops I forgot about diapers...
In the earlier part of the morning.


Thinking to yourself I'm not going to come back.
After all that a lousy five bucks is all that you got.
Wishing you were in your bed.
Wonering what makes some kids cry and why?
Why some people, for them its so much fun.
JUst some babysitter wonders.
