Her beauty, no description bears as she stood
in the cool moon glow.

Pale blue skirt, hugging her hips like honey slipping
from a hot spoon.

Matching angora sweater, softly flowing along the
curve of her shoulders, provocatively exposing
her slender neck.

Tiny seed pearl necklace resting gently in the hollow
of her throat, rise and fall gently with the rhythm
of her heart.

White leather backless high-heels, just the right height, bringing seductive emphasis to her
shapely legs.

Dainty ankle-bracelet, his gift to her engraved, professing infinite love.

Her hair, the color of spun-gold, softly touching
the collar of her sweater ever so lightly.

Her eyes lit like brightly shining stars, lighting the
way for visions shown, dreams fulfilled.

Never free from past ghosts, childhood cast scars, proof to the world she was more than pouty
lips and breasts abound.

Much too soon my love is gone, contradictions run rampant to beg the truth, fearful mysteries
forever uncloaked.

Good night sweet Norma Jeane, I have loved you all my life. Memories of you will forever flow into deeper
hues.

Paulette, this was wonderful. a lovely tribute to a lovely person who was surrounded by hounds who pretended to love her just for the fame.
Although she may of had a lover who really did love HER and not the status, she needed proper love that saw beyond what the film makers made her appear to be.

A thought provoking article Paulette, one that I enjoyed very much.

Yes, Billy
This is a tribute to the fabulous Marilyn by her lover. (notice where he mentions the ankle bracelet?)
