Yielding Mountains
by Valerie Kay Jochum
copyright 01-19-2002

Age Rating: 13 to 127

Over and Over, I hear the world cry
mountains and valleys hold trails too high!
Exhaustion can rob you of the strength to endure
the journey of life, with its' many detours.
Higher and Higher, the range of peaks,
lower and lower in valleys to seek.
Where are they going?
Will they find drink...
to quench that deep thirst that seems beyond reach?
Over and Over the world does cry,
mountains and valleys are far too high!
Searching for strength,
some way to endure...
God help them to know, the strength comes from You.
Help them to know, what they are seeking is truth.
