by Natalie Amaral
copyright 01-22-2002

Age Rating: 10 to 127

Ever so small,
ever so innocent.
In my arms,
he lies in a ball,
I look down at him
with great tenderness.

He's my brand new second cousin,
one I love.
I grow with excitement
as I will see him soon.

Note: This poem is dedicated to my new baby second cousin
Cameron Edward Decosta.
Born September 10, 2001
8 pounds, 2 ounces.

Awwww, Natalie, this poem is so heart touching. Babies are so adorable! You should print this out for his baby book, I'm sure when he's older, he'd love to have this memory.
