But For Loving You
Am I crazy if I say that I love you?
That my heart skips a beat at the thought of you.
At your mere presence.
Taking my breath away to see you standing there, smiling.
I am taken aback not able to say all I feel.
Because my feelings for you are endless.
So grateful and blessed for your friendship.
Being with you; liking the time that is "ours".
Wishing that this love would go on forever.
Bringing feelings out of me that I just never knew.
How could I ever say all that I'm feeling?
Never felt something so strong, so real.
At your mere presence.
Times we sat talking all night, hours so endless.
Times I remember fondly and always will. Our friendship.
If I could I'd write it against the stars.
On each star I would wish forever.
To hope this love of me and of you.
To keep in my heart this feeling'
To keep this real, at our own appeals.
And your very presence.
I love you much and I say god bless.
Best thing I've ever known.
To love you...
Forever.
