Once in your life,
Stop to realise what's happening around you.

Once in a while,
Stop to look at what is beautiful.

Once in a week,
Stop to smell the flowers.

Once every other day,
Stop to breath in the fresh morning air.

Once a day,
Stop to kiss the one you love.

Once every hour,
Stop, just to dream.

Once every minute,
Just stop what your doing and appriciate everything you have and love, for there are those less fortunate

Once every second,
Remember everything good about life.
