Gentleness doesn't seem to be at the heart of your poem, Kay Lee; turmoil, passion, and ecstasy are the words that ring out, giving the reader the feeling that opposites really do attract.
You have a very fine hand for powerful imagery, your passion almost disturbs my otherwise tranquil mind! (This is a good thing.) I really enjoyed your style, it's refreshing to see more and more methods of expression being utilized and explored. Thank you for sharing your wild passion with us; I feel like letting my hair down and abandoning my world of pretense for your world of reckless passion!
Kay Lee, I don't know much about form. But I know when I like it or not. You keep writing like this and you'll teach me something. Very nice write.
Jeff
I like the way you wove in the two main thoughts in each verse, starting and ending with them both and then alternating. This is an interesting one to study....
