Crock Pot Chili

Age Rating: 7 to 127

 
· 2 lbs. ground chuck
· 1 or 2 med. onions, chopped
· 1 green pepper, chopped
· 3 to 4 sticks celery, chopped
· 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
· 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
· 2 cans kidney or pinto beans, drained
· 1 tsp. pepper
· 3 tsp. chili powder
· Hot pepper, to taste
· 1 tsp. garlic salt
Cook ground chuck; drain grease.
Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot
and cook 4 to 6 hours on LOW,
or until done.

I really like the idea of peppers and celery in chili I've never had it that way before I can almost taste how the celery would feel in my mouth along with the other things that I like about chili, I think I have found a new favorite recipe for my chili!
