Almost Spring
by Eileen Waldron
copyright 02-23-2002

Age Rating: 10 to 127

Fluffy white clouds, skies Cerulean blue
All of God's colors shining bright and true
Streams skipping along while fish play
Just another happy, almost spring day.

It's so glorious don't mind me if I sing
We are heralding in the coming of spring
I have already seen Robins on the wing
So I have to give thanks for all these things:

Thanks to Creator of heaven and earth
Making the seasons right for rebirth
Thanks for the mighty rays of the Sun
That will grow our garden when it's done

Thanks for the rain that refreshes the land
Providing the water for all we have planned
To nurture and replenish is God's wondrous way
He blesses all, if under His grace we stay.

It is great and also remind me of nature.
~The tree was once plain from winter and in spring there are leafs, cherries, and flowers on it. Isn't that amazing? ~

This has an almost hymn like quality to it; I am reminded of Morning has Broken. Now, that is a compliment! Chris.
