Divine Trouble

The scent of your eyes surrounds me
Luring me closer to your elusive embrace

My face is upon your shadowy presence
As I whisper incantations of an unknown world,
Sent upon me from another time and place,
Into your waiting ear
Nibbled with truisms of older lifetimes…

Here, we share a lifetime of enduring premonitions
Inside the vestige of a single heart-

Here, we send love poems,
Endeared with eternal metaphor
Across the cosmic syntax of our outer beings,
Across the creative source of all that is inside us-

I can only look into the deep recesses of your eyes
Where everything known becomes apparent

Seducing
My pending ability to excite you
With imminent surrender
Remaining holy but hot…
