Just as the day gives way to the night
so do I give way to you, and as night
consumes the day, so do you consume
me. In the continuum of time we explore
all of our senses, learning the pathways
of delight, so we may please each other.
As the minutes become hours and the
hours turn into days our love grows
along with time, and as our days, become
weeks, and months, we fuse together in
oneness, greeting the years that become
decades.
We dig in for the long haul, we are
prepared to love it out, no matter what.
There isn't a minute I would rather be any
place else than with you. The generations
continue and we are still enrapt in each
others attitude of love. If there is any
time other than the time we spend together,
we don't want it.
As the seasons come and go so do the seasons
of our love. Sometimes warm like spring, other
times as hot as summer we have the chilly days
of autumn and the cold days of the winters of
our love, which purify it and help it to become
white as the snow, and through all time our
love only grows deeper and will continue to do
so as we merge into one, for we are a forever love.
