Intimate Conversations with Consciousness
Chapter 2 - Where do we come from?

Having created the physical plane in which it was to express Itself, Consciousness wanted to recreate, in Its essence, Itself. It thought of images of Itself, that we know by the name of 'spirit'. The Gospel according to St. John tells us that in the beginning there was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. Everything was by Him. Without Him nothing was. Of every being, He was Life and Life was the Light of man and the Light shines in the dark-ness and darkness has not reached It.

I understand from that extract that Consciousness gave Itself a name: Logos. The Word moves, speaks and creates. The word that comes out of my mouth creates a vibration in the air I breathe. That is why I hear what I am saying, as do others. The Word/Logos has created all the vibrations that we see, hear, feel, touch or breathe. It has created other vibrations as well, more or less dense, that we call nebulae, galaxies, solar systems, earth, water, fire and spirits.
