1lb of ground beef
1 small onion
¼ cup of chili powder
1 tsp. Salt
2-46 oz cans of tomato juice
5-15 oz cans of chili beans in sauce
(For larger families buy the restaurant size more economical)
1tsp.garlic powder.
Brown the ground beef and onions in a skillet.
Drain off the excess grease.
In a large stockpot combine the meat mixture with the remaining above
Ingredients. Bring to a full boil, stirring then reduce heat simmer for one hour.
Serve with bread’s, crackers, and sliced cheeses.
Sure to warm you up on chilly winter nights.
For hotter spicer chili add more seasonings.
