Girl Missing
Chapter 15
by Peggy Bertrand
copyright 03-15-2002

Age Rating: 18 to 127

The guys finished visiting and called it a night. After saying their good-byes they all went home.

Aaron was thinking over the day’s events to himself. It was strange Terri calling and the search yet somehow it all seemed to fit.

At any rate he thought we will either learn more tomorrow or the guys and I will have a nice day on the river.

Aaron went into his house he headed for the kitchen poured him a glass of orange juice. He saw the answering machine flashing.

He hit the rewind button when it stopped he hit play to retrieve his messages.

There was only one message and it was Terri. He listened to the message.

“I wanted to thank you for listening to me earlier and for trying to understand.” Said Terri.

“Give me a call tomorrow could you?” she asked.

Then the message was over. He looked inside of his pocket for the piece of paper she handed him before they left the park.

Where is Terri Miles number? Ill call her in the morning and let her know what we are going to do about her haunch.

Finishing up his juice he put the glass in the sink after rinsing it out. And then he headed for the shower. Aaron took a long hot shower.

His mind reeling in thoughts about Terri and the foot prints about her theory.

He turned off the shower grabbed the towel from the rack and dried off his body slowly.
Brushed his teeth and gargled with mouthwash.

Turned out the light in the bathroom walked down the hall to his bedroom.

Aaron pulled back the covers set the alarm for 9:00 A.M. wanted to run before meeting up with the guys around 10:00A.M. at the marina.

He shut off the light next to his bed stand. Closed his eyes and finally drifted off to sleep.
