After All the Hype

And so, with the sun setting
on my brilliant career as a writer (?)
I find that the sun still rises, too.

I'll be around for awhile more,
no good-bye or bon voyage..
And it's all due to you..

If anybody has complaints
because I'm still around,
then take a number, move on back..
eventually I'll get there, too

This nonsense ditty is my way of saying
I'm staying (what no fanfare?)
I'm grateful to you one and all,
but especially to one.
(You, me, and Bob know who...thank you!)
