Age Rating: 18 to 127

“Hello.” Said Terri.

“Well Hello.” Said Aaron.

“I just wanted to call and see if you read the paper this morning?” asked Aaron.

“Not yet I just crawled out of bed.” Replied Terri.

“You seem to be a star.” Said Aaron.

“What do you mean?’ she said.

“They have you on the front page.” said Aaron.

“Front Page Oh no.” replied Terri.

“Yes front page.” said Aaron.

“What are you doing for lunch?” asked Aaron.

“I didn’t have anything planned.” Replied Terri.

“Lets have lunch together.” Said Aaron.

“Well you did ask if we could meet again.” She said with a smile to herself.

“Okay I will swing by and pick you up around 11:30 a.m.,” said Aaron.

“Sounds good I will be ready.” Said Terri.

They hung up and she walked to the kitchen with the milk. Poured herself a glass and returned to the living room headed for the front door to get the newspaper.

She opened the door and right there on the front page was an article about the local lady.
This lady with her special gift that tipped off police to Missing Girls whereabouts which lead to her rescue.

“Oh my!” she said out loud.

She headed back to the kitchen to read the rest of the paper and finish her glass of milk.

She locked the back and front door turned and headed up the stairs to shower.

Terri took a quick shower dried off and dressed in a peach floral dress. Combed her hair and dried it. Applied some light makeup to brighten up her face.

She made her bed and tidied up the bedroom. Took a load of dirty clothes out of the hamper down the stairs with her to the washing machine.

She sorted the clothes and put the load of whites in first. Still thinking about the paper.
How do they get so much information she wondered?

Ring Ring the phone started to ring.

She walked into the kitchen to answer it.

“Hello this is Terri.” She said.

“Hello my name is Roger Brown.” A man said.

“I’m wanting to talk to you about the Missing Girl Story.” Said Roger.

“What is it that you want to talk about?” Asked Terri.

“I am a reporter for the Sun Newspaper.” He said.

“I’m not giving any stories.” She replied.

“But Miss.” He said.

“I said I’m not giving or speaking with anyone about the case not even you.” Said Terri and then she hung up the phone.

“I hate reporters.” She said out loud.

Aaron arrived out in the driveway. He slipped out of his car and headed to the front door.

He rang the doorbell. Terri opened the door smiling at him she said, “Boy am I glad to see you.”

“You are why.” He asked.

“Well let’s see I have had two calls from reporters one stranger knocked on the front door and then on the back door.” She said.

“I didn’t even talk with that one.” Said Terri.

“I know I’m afraid your gift has made you a star.” He said.

“I don’t want to be a star.” She replied.

“I know you don’t.” Said Aaron.

“ They are not the only one that think you are a star.” Said Aaron.

“I’m not a star.” She replied.

“I’d like for you to be my star.” Replied Aaron.

She looked into his beautiful warm eyes. She smiled and said.

”Your serious.” She said.

“Very serious.” He said.

“I want to date and get to know you Terri.” He continued.

She was speechless she stood there staring at him. Clearing her voice she looked away and said, “I don’t know if that is a good idea.”

“What does your gift say?” asked Aaron.

“It doesn’t work like that.” She replied.

“I know.” Said Aaron.

He walked over and gently drew her into his embrace. She didn’t hesitate to be drawn close to him. She turned to look at his face. They starred into each other’s eyes. And slowly they both met with their lips.

They kissed a long gentle kiss. Terri moved back first.

“What does your feelings say?” asked Aaron.

“They say I want to.” She replied.

“Good that was what my feelings were telling me also.” Said Aaron.

“Lets go get something to eat.” She said.

They locked her front door he reached over to hug her again.

They drove off to the restaurant for some lunch.
