Buffalo Stew
by Stanley Case (Age: 67)
copyright 03-22-2002

Age Rating: 7 to 127

( From Andrews Van Lines cookbook)

2 LG. Buffalo
960 Gallons water
Lots of Ketchup
2 bushels wild onions
salt & pepper to taste

Cut buffalo into bite size
pieces. Add onions and
seasonings. Cover with water, and cook over an open fire.

Preparation time: 2 months
Cooking time: 6 weeks (approximately)
Serves: 4,350
Note: If unexpected guests arrive, 3 rabbits may be
added. However, this should only be done, if necessary, as most people do not like to find hare in their stew.
