Bi-Polar Days

Bi-polar Days

I have bi-polar.
I have some crazy old days.
Days when I am manic and I can't stop talking.
Then days I crash and sadness is my friend.
I can understand why I would be understood.

There are days , not controlling my temper and I holler.
Walking around in my own personal daze.
Just walking and walking and walking.
Desperately wishing the bi-polar to end.
Then I could be happy and make good.

I live a life, swallowing pills to level my mood.
Green pills , pink pills, all to many.
There are days I want to throw them all alway.
Yet Doc says I need them for the rest of my life.
And he says with a smile.

All so that I don't come unglued.
Ask me about bi-polar I can tell you plenty.
I'm feeling all right today.
For today I'm happy with life.
Today I will smile.

Yet tomorrow the mood might not be.
Again I may be crazy and wanting to holler.
But what can I tell you?
Thats bi-polar.

We all face things in our lives that are tough. Writing helps me and I think from other things of yours that I have read that it helps you too. Stay the course you have much to say.
