A review of One Good Deed
Time heals all wounds, but not so for our anti-hero, Barry.
We shall unearth his deeply held apprehensions as we follow in his footsteps
and live in his mind.
In a tightly woven epic, George leads us through a maze of
a well-written ‘hits home’ chronicle.
He delivers an exhilarating adventure in to the very soul of Barry’s existence,
This is not the tale of a loner who refuses to play by the rules. There is much
more lurking in the pages.
We get the growing feeling that he's fighting a losing battle and no one cares
about it but him, ... memories can be dangerous.
The very first chapter will shock you,
and it will leave you wondering where the series will go. The plot races to a
unimaginable decision, one that will leave readers wondering (for a while)
just who can he trust?
Even with this George manages to avoid the danger of treading worn ground,
and what appear to be the usual suspects........well I shall not give it
away.
A delight to read, and the wild ride is well worth the time.
