First of all making the batter..

1 You need about 8 deseret spoons full of plain flour.
2 pinch of salt
3 half cup of milk
4 half cup of water
then you beat for about twenty minutes and then put in refridgerator for half an hour.
bring it back out and then beat for further twenty minutes ... whilest doing the last part of this you must put your oven on at the tempature of around gas mark 6 or around 250 to 300 farenhight and then put the mixture in two small 12 size cake tin..when its all done don,t worrie if the yorkshire pudding sinks its meant to do this...don,t for get to grease the cake tin conpartments so the batter does not stick.
go back to oven after 10minutes to check them and after last 10 minutes you should see them looking golden brown ...when you are waiting for this all to cook cut some onions up and dice them to tiny pieces then cook then on thier own in a frying pan till they teaste sweet but not burnt.. and then make some home made gravey or by ajar of gravey from the store...

A five minute recipe to happiness if you ask me. I love making these. I have some favorite past times that come rushing back as soon as I hear pudding!
