A life so filled with care,
don't even dare to stop and care.
The woods, the birds, the bees,
are all to be shared and seen.
The twinkling stars, the musical brooks,
the conversation of the winds.
Does love lie where dreams end,
or where dreams begin?
I stand steadfast as the mountain,
I wonder does the mountain cry?
Time I cannot touch eventhough I try.
Will love also pass me by?
I used to be able to touch the deer,
and stand alone without fear.
The sun and moon are only
a part of you and I.
You are the ageless ocean,
and I the timeless sky.
As the eagle and the dove flies,
within you, within me,
is where true love lies.
