Teriyaki Chicken Wings (Finger Lickin' Good!)
by Karen Heywood
copyright 06-14-2002

Age Rating: 7 to 127

The longer these marinate, the better! I usually marinate them overnight.

1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oil (vegetable)
1/4 cup pineapple or orange juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken wings - split

Mix all ingredients together - marinate overnight.
Bake on cookie sheet for 1 hour @ 350, turning after 30 minutes. These are also excellent on the grill.

Oh Yeah now that sounds good. I love chicken just about any way you can think of to make it. I will have to try this soon! Thanks

I read this and it sounds delicious. I will try it out this week-end. Isn't it wonderful - I can come online and print all these recipes and make my own little cookbook. (smirk, smirk) Of course, I'll give credit where credit is due.
