Words Come

  Words Come

Do my spoken words fall on your deafened ears
Do my written words mean anything to one who's blind
Do I really have complete control as to what they say

Various petitions, musings linked in stylish phrases
Their own eccentric life span, sourced in wisdom's makings
systematically connected, attached conglomerations

Eclectic choices, my syllabled thoughts go tumbling
Hundred yard dash gymnastics, rushing madly to be heard
Butterfly kisses tread on eggshells, so as not to hurt

A gentle ocean current softly sails my floating mind
on gossamer wings of billowed silk
Everclear the fountain flows in rubied rhymes and inner reasons
My soul encompassing hidden revelations, the depth of times and seasons
Happiness, sorrow, love, hate, life and death
From unknown beginnings to finality's end
I disperse sweet-flowering clustered buds, fizzy pink champagne
meaningful seeds of me to give away, mimosa residue

Nancy, I love your freedom with words and images...arranging them with such grace and flair! I especially love the image of "Butterfly kisses tread on eggshells"...wow!

Such revelations, so eloquently flowing. As usual, you have the midas touch with the English Language.
